Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you sent an email to support@veramara.com within 2 hours of purchase we are still able to cancel your order before it's processed. Beyond that timeline just wait for the item and issue a return request.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the time you place your order. For more information Check out our shipping policy.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What to do?

Email us as soon as you receive the item with pictures and your order number. We will do our best to find the best resolution and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

What are the shipping times?

Processing takes 1โ€“3 business days. US delivery typically takes 5โ€“9 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time takes between 6-12 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States.

Are there addresses to which you can't ship?

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, mail forwarding services, or any address outside of the United States. VeraMara will only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. We are unable to re-route packages.

How can I check the shipping status?

The order confirmation email gives the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on our follow your order page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only ship to the United States.

Returns

How do exchanges work?

Weโ€™re sorry, but an exchange cannot be requested online at the moment.

If you need to exchange the size or colour, you can return the products free of charge and make a new purchase.

Can products from the same order be returned at different moments?

If you decide to return products from the same order at different times, you must start a separate return procedure for each request.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to request an online return.

You will need:

โ€ข The email address you used when making your purchase

Our Quality Control Office will check the returned item for conformity. If the outcome is positive, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund details within a few days.

The return can only be sent from the country where you received the order. If sent from a different country, it will be blocked by customs.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been approved by our team your refund should reach your account within 10 business days.

If it takes longer than 15 business days please reach out to our team and we try to resolve it swiftly.
