At VeraMara, we aim for your total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we provide a clear and simple return process.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not comply to these conditions are not eligible for a return.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return Costs

There is no cost to the customer if the item is defective, damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect. Veramara will cover return shipping fees in these cases. 

If you ordered the wrong item, the size does not fit, or you no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non refundable. Cost depends on package size, weight, and origin. You'll receive a quote with your return authorization email.

Shipping Cost Refunds

All VeraMara orders ship free of charge, so no shipping refund applies on returns. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you receive a full product refund with no deductions.

Restocking Fee

VeraMara does not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our support team through the contact us page or via Email. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Package Your Product
Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and included materials. Attach the return authorization form.

Step 3: Send It Back
Follow the return instructions provided in the return authorization email and ship the package to the return address we provide.

Step 4: Return Authorization
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements. 

Step 5: Receive your refund
If approved, you will receive a confirmation. Your refund will be processed on your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Processing Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it within 2 business days. You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. After approval, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, though it may take an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Returns

If you return only part of your order, the items you keep remain charged at their original price, and you'll be refunded for the returned items only. Any promotional discounts applied to your order (e.g., "buy 2, get 10% off") may be recalculated based on the items you keep, and the difference deducted from your refund if the discount no longer applies.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damage item you are required to include photos of the item with your return request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-type reasons. These include intimates, underwear, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed), pierced jewelry such as earrings, personal care and beauty items once opened, custom or personalized products (special orders, monogrammed, or made-to-measure items), final sale items clearly marked as such on the product page, and gift cards. Any other items marked as non-returnable on the product page are also excluded. Please contact us at support@veramara.com if you have questions about a specific item.

Lost Orders: In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.

For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1 to 3 business days after the first package.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order, contact us at support@veramara.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of placing your order to be guaranteed. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow our standard return process once the item arrives.

International Returns

VeraMara currently ships and accepts returns only within the United States. Orders placed from outside the US are not supported.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please check your bank and/or card company. If the refund remains missing please contact us at support@veramara.com.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have as a consumer under United States federal or state law.
