This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United States. At the moment we only deliver within the United States.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery timelines for all shipments.

Order Cutoff Time
5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day, which may add an additional day to the delivery schedule.

Order Handling Time
1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched through one of our trusted carriers.

Transit Time
5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time
6 to 12 business days.

Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery delays, missing packages, or other shipping related concerns, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered safely.

Wrong or Undeliverable Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply. If you do not respond within 14 days, the order will be processed as a return per our refund policy.

Address Change After Order

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at support@veramara.com within 1 hour. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You may monitor shipment progress using our Track My Order page.

International Shipping

VeraMara currently ships only within the United States. We do not deliver to international addresses, including Canada and Mexico.

Holiday and Peak Season

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season, processing and transit times may extend by 1 to 3 business days due to higher order volumes and carrier capacity. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
